Have you visited our farmers market right in the centre of Ipswich? You’ll find us on the Cornhill smack bang in the centre of town, every month on the first Sunday.
We love how our markets look on The Cornhill! Every month we bring a host of colourful gazebos to the heart of town and suddenly you are aware of the stunning buildings that fill our County town.
Spend a morning soaking up the architecture, discover meandering little lanes and medieval facades. Stroll up to Christchurch Park and enjoy a picnic under the ancient trees or visit the range of unique independent shops and cafes in The Saints en route to a walk along the beautiful waterfront.
Visit The Cornhill on the first Sunday and discover locally reared, traditionally butchered pork from Greenacres, freshly baked cakes and savouries from Alex’s Artisan Bakery, jams and preserves from The Jam Shed, a range of sourdoughs and pastries from Little Pig Bakery, handcrafted gins and beers, Suffolk honey and fresh fruit and vegetables from Poppies Care Farm and Applewood Acres. Plus we have various scrummy street food including Vegan Burgers, Buttermilk Chicken Burgers and homemade Indian Snacks.
