Mushroom Foraging & Wild Food Cooking
This is our last forage of 2017.
Join us to discover the variety of fungi; their shapes, colours, smells, textures and tastes and spend a full morning with foraging expert and Michel Roux trained chef, Carl Shillingford and expert botanist Matthew Rooney who will lead the forage through ancient woodland near the village of Bures, nestled in stunning Constable country. After foraging everyone will decamp to a cosy, award winning Suffolk pub where you will be treated to a delicious range of tasters created, in front of your eyes, in Carl's field kitchen.
The day ends with everyone receiving a fabulous Goodie Bag filled with recipes, a foraging calendar, and a selection of wild food products including dried mushrooms, wild soup and sour dough bread.
Tickets cost £75 (including booking fee). Dates may be transferable after booking but only with 6 weeks' notice.
The event is limited to 20 people and it is the last forage for 2017 so please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
