Bagel or Beigel is a family run enterprise, offering homemade beigels, created using a traditional Jewish recipe, served alongside home cured and slow cooked salt beef, pickles and horseradish mustard. Our beigels come in many flavours including both traditional and vegan versions of Canadian maple bacon, dill pickle and cheese and tomato. Our vegan cream cheeses are also available to purchase.
