Delivery Times

We are working towards set delivery times for Farmers Market Boxes, Fathers Day and Christmas Hampers.

All Farmers Market Boxes will be sent out weekly every Thursday to arrive within 48 hours. 

All Fathers Day Hamper orders must be received and confirmed by 16th June 2021 . All  hampers will be scheduled for delivery on 17th-19th June 2021.

All Christmas Hamper orders must be received and confirmed by 20th December 2021 . All  hampers will be scheduled for delivery 20-24th December 2021.

Ordering As a Gift?

Our hampers are the perfect gift but please remember to put the recipients name and address at checkout page.

If you would like to include a special message to the recipient don’t forget to add a ‘Special Message’ to your order and include a personalised message.

Incomplete or Inaccurate Addresses

We will attempt delivery to the address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed deliveries due to incorrect delivery information.

Delivery Restrictions

Due to restrictions with our couriers there may be certain addresses within the UK we are not able to deliver including PO Box Addresses.

Currently we are only offering delivery to UK.


If you need to cancel your order before it is dispatched this may be done by contacting shop@suffolkmarketevents.co.uk – please clearly state your order number and reason for cancellation. Orders which have already been sent are not able to be cancelled.

Substituted Items

If an item within a hamper is out of stock or restricted by season,  it will be substituted with a similar product of equal or greater value.

Dietary Information

Suffolk Market Events will be happy to provide you with ingredient lists for all products in advance of purchase if you contact us on shop@suffolkmarketevents.co.uk

All items do have full ingredient lists on them. If you are worried about allergens, please contact us before purchase. Suffolk Market Events will accept no responsibility for goods that contain allergens if you have not contacted before purchase.


All the packaging we use in our hampers is either produced from recycled material or can be recycled. All our hampers are presented in cardboard boxes which are packed by hand, and secured with biodegradable, compostable UK ecoco filler and wood wool to help protect the contents.

Naturally as we are working with our farmers market traders there is very little food miles accumulated in any of our hampers!


If you would like to cancel an order due to changing your mind you have up to the final confirmation date to get in touch with us to request a return. 


If a hamper is damaged during postage please let us know as soon as you can and provide photographs showing the damage so that we may claim compensation from the courier. If an order arrives and is clearly damaged on the outside please ask the courier to make a note of the damage – this will help us with making a claim.

Please send details and photographs to shop@suffolkmarketevents.co.uk clearly stating your name, address and order number so we can look into it and arrange a replacement to be sent out.

Postal Charges

Hampers are delivered by courier service and will be despatched on specific days for Easter, Fathers’ Day and Christmas. Please allow up to five working days for delivery. 

Delivery within a ten mile radius is £5.00.

All other UK deliveries are charged at £10.00 except for the Scottish Highlands (£14) and Northern Ireland (£22)
