At Suffolk Market Events, we are passionate about bringing high-quality farmers’ markets, food festivals, and contemporary craft markets to the heart of Suffolk, highlighting the myriad of talented artisans and producers we have in East Anglia.
Since 2008, we have been curating unique events that celebrate the best of local produce, artisan craftsmanship, and the vibrant market community. One of our flagship events, the Taste of East Anglia Food & Drink Festival, is set to return on Saturday 14th June 2025 – and we have some exciting new additions in store.
New to the Taste of East Anglia in 2025
We mentioned that we have exciting additions to Suffolk Market Events and the Taste of East Anglia in 2025; BBQs, British Wines and support from Pedddle.
Firstly, for 2025, we are introducing a dedicated BBQ area to this special event, where visitors can indulge in sizzling, freshly grilled delights, with Jack Rowbottom inviting the crowds and adding new energy to proceedings.
Jack Rowbottom, a lifelong foodie, self-taught Chef, and social media influencer, who specialises in a range of services in outdoor cooking and digital media will be hosting the area and introducing a number of BBQ chefs to keep everyone thrilled with BBQ ideas and menu ideas.
Whether you’re a fan of smoky, slow-cooked meats, dry cured produce or you’re just feeling ready to sample a range of delights, this is the perfect place to tickle your tastebuds! High-quality, British-produced meats are what this area is all about, sourced from local farmers, butchers and producers who are passionate about their rearing practices. Enjoy a range of demonstrations where you can sample the goods and enjoy a good old British barbeque.
Alongside this, over 70 artisan stallholders will be displaying beautiful handmade crafts, plants and other artisan wares, with workshops, a kitchen theatre and there’s even a children’s tent with free activities for little ones! Plenty to keep the entire family entertained. There will also be a selection of bars selling local craft ales, cocktails and wines, so there really is something for everyone.
Another highlight for 2025 is our continued focus on British wines, a growing industry that is gaining international recognition. Vineyards across the country are crafting award-winning bottles that rival some of the world’s best, and this is the ideal place to sample them. You can also browse perfect pairings for the delicious food offerings available at the festival.
Last but not least, we have continued support from the UK’s leading creative market directory, Pedddle.
