Suffolk Market Events recently moved to our lovely new home in the village of Hartest just outside Bury St Edmunds. It is a gorgeous part of Suffolk and we have a newly renovated annexe adjoining us which we are now very happy to be letting out to visitors.
Escape to this romantic barn annex, tucked away just off a quiet country lane and perfect for unwinding in peaceful surroundings. With scenic footpaths and wildlife right outside the door, plus a five-minute walk to The Crown country pub, it’s an ideal rural retreat. Close to Bury St Edmunds and the historic villages of Lavenham, Sudbury and Long Melford, it’s perfectly placed for exploring the best of Suffolk and one of our award winning farmers markets.
The upstairs is a wonderful open plan bedroom with luxurious king size bed as well as a sofa (bed), armchair and large flat screen TV offering real comfort and privacy.
Downstairs is a modern kitchen / dining room with a bathroom next door inc modern shower with rainforest shower head.
The annexe has its own dedicated fibre broadband ensuring excellent high speeds for all online amenities.
Guest access
Guest have exclusive rights to the annexe downstairs including the kitchen and bathroom as well as the bedroom upstairs plus a small courtyard garden.
There is private parking in front of the property as well as an EV charger.
