Here’s hoping for some spring weather this Sunday as we’re back on The Traverse in the heart of Bury St Eds.
As always we will have over 30 artisan producers with local food and drink – no long supply lines or international travel – just tasty local produce from traders who value quality and seasonality.
Look out for Compleat and their range of home made pies and regional cheeses, tasty vegan pastries from Norwegian Bakers, vegan donuts from Doodle Donuts or brownies and cakes from Alex Artisan Bakery. There’s baureki or baklava from Borakis and olives and oils from PG Oils, fresh and smoked fish from The Norfolk Smokehouse plus samosa and paneers from Mena. Woosters bring their freshly baked range of bread, croissants and sourdoughs, fresh veg comes from Sunshine and Green plus local beef, lamb and cow’s milk is provided by Colletts Farm. There’s preserves, chutneys and pickles from Karen’s Kitchen and chilli jams from Mad Mike. Xocolate by Louis launches his new range of chocolates and Yum Yum Tree Fudge come with their wonderful selection of local fudge. Burger Jam will have their bacon rolls and delicious burgers available all day as will Bagel and beigel with their bagel selection. Wash it all down with some local craft ale from Artefact Brewery or cider from Brooks & Conquest. As always there will be some arts and crafts including soaps and candles, plus bring your dogs as Sniffe & Likkit will have plenty of treats for your four legged friends!
