And we’re off – our first farmers market of 2022 and it is a lovely coincidence that it is at Lavenham, which is in the final of Best Farmers Market of the Year!
All your favourite traders are back including fresh bread from Tensheds Bakehouse, veg from Sunshine & Green, Casey’s Cakes, homemade pies and regional cheeses from Compleat, honey from Beehouse, jams from The Jam Shed, fudge from Yum Yum Tree, granola from Good to Go, brownies from the Essex Company, fresh game from Bay Tree Farm and sausages from Totham Bangers.
Fresh fish from Fresh & Wild returns and well as vegan pastries from the Norwegian Baker, herbed salts from the Fresh Herb Company and the wonderful scents of the Suffolk Spice Company. As always, we have local craft ales from Roughacre, cider from Brooks & Conquest, spirits from English Distillery and the Coffee Station will keep everyone warm and toasty with fresh coffee and hot chocolates!
There a number of local craft stalls located just inside the Village Hall including Bunting Mad, Elsie & Mim, PinnieLove, Whimsey Crafts and soaps from Goat in a Soap.
Cheer up – January isn’t that bad and we can certainly lift your spirits on Sunday at the farmers market.
Plenty of parking, dogs are very welcome and we start at 10am outside Lavenham Village Hall.
