After the great success and popularity of these markets last year, our Vegan Markets are once again returning to the Ipswich’s Cornhill this year.
Up to 25 local stalls will be showcasing a range of vegan foods and the market has been carefully laid out to ensure plenty of space and social distancing for all visitors. The market has a strong following in Ipswich where there is growing demand for good vegan produce exemplified by the growth of local businesses such as Hank’s Deli and Hullabaloo. There is also recognition that vegan produce is bought by all sectors of the community regardless of their eating habits – good food is good food!
There will be a fantastic range of street food to eat on the day so do not have a big breakfast!
Justine Paul, founder of Suffolk Market Events which organises the vegan market stated:
“We are so pleased that we are back on The Cornhill. The last markets proved a real hit with locals as well as visitors from further afield in the county. We have ensured that the market will be safely run and with plenty of social distancing between stalls. I think people feel a little more relaxed when they shop in the fresh air and we have created lots of space in/around the market to make everyone feel secure. As before there will be a brilliant range of top quality, new, creative, tasty and innovative vegan businesses showcasing at the market and we will be on the Cornhill all day.“
The Ipswich Vegan Market will on the Cornhill on the following dates from 10am – 3pm:
- Sunday 18th April
- Sunday 18th July
- Sunday 19th September
