Great chef demos at Taste of Sudbury
Taste of Sudbury 2019

Date

This festival is all about celebrating everything that is great about local food and drink and that applies to our kitchen demos as well.

On Saturday we have a wonderful mix of local chefs, bakers and butchers on the stage.

We kick off with Will & Simon Wooster – father and son team behind Woosters Bakery with tips on home baking. Head butcher at Hollow Trees Anthony Gellard will give us some great tips on preparing lamb whilst Greg Strolenberg, owner of Lavenham Butchers, will show us his skills in dealing with muntjac.

Look out for cooking demos from Jon Jackaman from Ice Kitchen who will also be compering the day, plus Alan Paton and his amazing pork dishes. Greig Young from Northgate gives us something sweeter whilst Sam Sturmer from The Brewers Arms in Rattlesden is showcasing lamb. Lee Cooper from The Bedford Lodge shows up his platinum jubilee salmon dish with hints of Gin & Tonic – wow!
