Our aim is to make the U. K’s best quality fudge! We have a secret recipe of making our fudge set with less sugar allowing more of our natural flavours and colours to come through. Our recipes are free of gluten and nuts & are suitable for vegetarians. We also have diary free options and some no-add sugar fudge made from natural birch sap. All our fudge is made with local British sugar.
