Our hampers are a natural progression from the award-winning monthly farmers markets that we run throughout Suffolk.
What makes our hampers unique? We’re proud that every single item in our hampers has been handpicked directly from a small number of producers who regularly attend our farmers markets. Many of these items are NOT available on the High Street.
Our hampers make the ideal festive present. Unique. Genuinely local. Utterly Delicious!
Our hampers are the perfect gift but please remember to put the recipients name and address at checkout page.
If you would like to include a special message to the recipient don’t forget to add a ‘Special Message’ to your order and include a personalised message.
Suffolk Market Events will be happy to provide you with ingredient lists for all products in advance of purchase if you contact us on email@example.com
All items do have full ingredient lists on them. If you are worried about allergens, please contact us before purchase. Suffolk Market Events will accept no responsibility for goods that contain allergens if you have not contacted before purchase.
Christmas hampers will be dispatched within 5-7 working days of the order date.
To be guaranteed delivery before Christmas, the final date for receiving orders will be Friday 17th December 2021.
Due to restrictions with our couriers there may be certain addresses within the UK we are not able to deliver including PO Box Addresses.
Currently we are only offering delivery to UK.
Hampers are delivered by courier service and will be despatched within 5-7 working days of the order date.
Delivery within a ten mile radius is £5.00.
All other UK deliveries are charged at £10.00 except for the Scottish Highlands (£14) and Northern Ireland (£22).
If an item within a hamper is out of stock or restricted by season, it will be substituted with a similar product of equal or greater value.
If you need to cancel your order before it is dispatched this may be done by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org – please clearly state your order number and reason for cancellation. Orders which have already been sent are not able to be cancelled.
If a hamper is damaged during postage please let us know as soon as you can and provide photographs showing the damage so that we may claim compensation from the courier. If an order arrives and is clearly damaged on the outside please ask the courier to make a note of the damage – this will help us with making a claim.
Please send details and photographs to email@example.com clearly stating your name, address and order number so we can look into it and arrange a replacement to be sent out.
